Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of webtoolz.online. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and the operators of WebToolz ("we", "us") covering your access to and use of webtoolz.online and every tool on it. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.
2. The service
WebToolz provides browser-based utilities free of charge and without requiring an account. The tools execute on your own device; we do not receive, store or process the files or text you work with. We may add, change, suspend or remove tools at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Acceptable use
You may use WebToolz for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You agree that you will not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- process material you do not have the right to process, including content that infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights;
- attempt to defeat, remove or circumvent the password protection or access controls on a document you are not authorised to open;
- use any tool to create material that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or that impersonates a person or organisation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or use automated means to overload, disrupt or degrade the service for others;
- scrape, mirror or redistribute the site as a competing service without permission.
You are solely responsible for the material you process and for ensuring that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Your content
You retain all rights in the files and text you use with our tools. Because that content never reaches us, we claim no licence over it, acquire no rights in it, and have no ability to access it.
5. Intellectual property
The WebToolz name, logo, page designs, written copy and original source code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the site as intended and may quote or link to it with attribution. You may not copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the site's design, copy or code, or present it as your own, without our prior written permission.
Certain tools incorporate third-party open-source libraries, which remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their own licences. Those licences continue to apply to those components.
6. No warranty
The site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that any defect will be corrected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall WebToolz, its operators or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damage.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the site shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us to use it (which is nil) or USD 50.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebToolz and its operators from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.
9. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and accept no responsibility for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the revision date shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
